Things you can do yourself
- Delete any resume from Resumes.
- Change your password, or sign out every device at once, in Settings → Security.
Deleting your account
Accounts can't yet be deleted from Settings. An administrator deletes them from the Admin page, which removes your account, resumes, ATS reports and cached data. See Privacy → Deletion for what's covered.
Reporting a security issue
Please report suspected vulnerabilities privately rather than publicly, with enough detail to reproduce them, and don't access other people's data while testing. See the security page.
What to include in a support request
A clear description helps us understand the issue without asking you to send an entire resume. Include the email address used for your account, the page or feature involved, what you expected and what happened. Mention the approximate time and your browser or device if the problem depends on the screen or connection.
If a screenshot helps, hide personal details, payment information and anything unrelated to the problem. Never send your password, a one-time verification code, a complete card number or an AI provider key. A short error message or a redacted image is usually more useful than an unfiltered account screenshot.
- Suggested subject: Resume import issue, Billing query, Account deletion request or Security report.
- Give the steps that led to the problem and say whether it happens again.
- Explain whether the issue affects one document or every use of the feature.
- Keep sensitive information out of screenshots and attachments.
Charged but your plan or credits have not appeared?
Return to the same QuickHunt account and open Settings → Billing. Check the payment record and plan status before starting another purchase. Payment confirmation can arrive separately from the checkout window, and the application has a recovery flow for checking pending payments.
If the purchase still does not appear, include the payment reference, approximate time, amount and the account email in a billing request. Do not include banking credentials or a full card number. The billing explanation covers recurring and one-time purchases, and the payment terms describe the existing policy.
Find the right troubleshooting guide
For a document issue, mention whether it is an uploaded PDF, a DOCX or a resume created in the editor. If a voice call cannot start, check microphone permission and your plan's voice access, then describe the on-screen error. For an unexpected score, identify whether you checked a saved resume or an uploaded file and whether a job description was included.
The help centre answers common questions about those differences. For privacy requests, read the deletion information so you can identify the account or document involved. Security reports should be private and limited to steps that do not expose another user's information.
Send the relevant details to jyotiranjan@quickhunt.in. We do not publish a guaranteed response time; include enough context to make your request clear.
