Using QuickHunt

By creating an account or using QuickHunt.in you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Downloads and most AI use need a paid plan or the trial (see pricing).

Your account

Use a real email address you control, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Sign out on shared computers.

Resume accuracy is your responsibility

You decide what goes on your resume and in your cover letters. Everything you submit to an employer should be true and yours to claim. QuickHunt's tools help you word and format your experience, but they can't verify it, and we aren't responsible for content you choose to use.

AI suggestions

AI output can be wrong, generic or overstated, even with the guardrails QuickHunt applies. Treat every suggestion as a draft: read it, check it against what you actually did, and edit or reject it. Don't apply a suggestion that describes experience, skills or results you don't have.

Scores and checks

ATS scores and job-match results are estimates based on common parsing and screening practices. Employers configure their systems differently, and many decisions are made by people. A score is guidance, not a measurement of how any particular employer will treat your application.

External job listings

Job search results come from public web search engines and link to third-party sites. We don't create, check or endorse listings or the employers behind them, and we're not a party to any application you make. Listings may be out of date or inaccurate. Never pay a fee to apply for a job, and be careful about sharing identity documents or bank details.

No hiring guarantee

QuickHunt doesn't guarantee interviews, job offers, passing any applicant tracking system, or any other outcome.

Acceptable use

Don't use QuickHunt to:

  • create documents that impersonate someone else or falsify qualifications, employment or identity;
  • upload content you have no right to use, or that is unlawful, abusive or malicious (including malware);
  • access other people's accounts or data, probe or disrupt the service, or get around rate limits or security measures;
  • scrape the service or use it in an automated way beyond normal personal use.

Content and ownership

Your resumes, cover letters and other content remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to run the service for you, including sending parts of them to AI providers and search engines as described in the privacy policy. The QuickHunt software, design, templates and site content belong to QuickHunt. Documents you create with the templates are yours to use freely for your own job applications.

Payments and refunds

  • Plans and AI credits are bought through Razorpay in the currency shown at checkout (INR, and USD where international payments are offered), at the price shown. QuickHunt never sees or stores your card, UPI or bank details.
  • Subscriptions. Plans bought as a subscription (INR) renew automatically at the end of each period at the price shown when you subscribed, charged through the Razorpay AutoPay mandate you authorise, until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings → Billing; cancelling stops future charges and you keep the plan until the end of the period already paid for. If a renewal fails, Razorpay retries it for a few days and the plan stays active meanwhile; if it keeps failing, the subscription is paused and the account returns to Free. We email you after every charge and when a payment fails.
  • One-time passes. Plans can also be bought once for a single period (the only option in USD, where offered). They don't renew. Buying the same plan again extends it. Switching to a different plan takes effect immediately, and the unused days of the current plan are converted to the new plan in proportion to the two plans' prices. When a plan ends, the account returns to Free.
  • Free trial. The trial gives the plan shown for the number of days shown. Starting it, you choose the plan you want afterwards and set up a subscription to it with AutoPay, whose first charge is on the day the trial ends; we remind you by email beforehand. Cancel before then and you aren't charged. The trial is offered once per person and once per device. To enforce this we keep keyed, one-way hashes of a device identifier and coarse device characteristics (see the privacy policy); we may refuse a trial when they match an earlier one.
  • Each plan includes a number of AI credits every 30 days. Unused plan credits don't carry over. Top-up credits don't expire and are used after a plan's credits. An AI action that fails or is stopped doesn't use credits.
  • All sales are final. Plans, renewals and credits are not refundable, in full or in part, including for unused time or credits. Use the trial to decide, and cancel before a renewal date if you don't want the next period.
  • The only exception is a payment error: if you were charged but your plan or credits didn't appear, the payment is matched automatically. If it can't be matched, or you were charged twice for one purchase, write to us and the extra charge is refunded to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.
  • We may change prices and offers at any time. A change never affects a plan or credits you've already bought; for a subscription, a new price applies only after we've emailed you and you've had the chance to cancel before it renews.

Availability

We try to keep QuickHunt running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without a guaranteed level of availability. Features may change, and AI features depend on third-party providers that can be slow or unavailable. Keep your own copy (for example, an exported PDF) of anything important.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using QuickHunt at any time and ask for your account to be deleted (see Deletion). We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk, and we may end the service altogether. Where reasonable, we'll give notice so you can export your resumes first.

Limitations

To the extent the law allows, QuickHunt isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities, or decisions made by employers, recruiters or job sites, and isn't responsible for third-party services such as AI providers, search engines and job boards. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continuing to use QuickHunt after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Applying these terms while preparing an application

The editor, AI writing tools and interview feedback help organise and explain information you provide. Before sending a resume or cover letter to an employer, check the final text, names, dates, qualifications and any claimed outcome. A warning-free draft does not establish that the facts are true.

Use practice reports as preparation aids. A score reflects the checks or questions in that session and cannot establish an employer's assessment, a formal qualification or a guaranteed hiring result. External job listings are governed by their own application process; confirm the current posting at its source before relying on it.

Where do I check the access included in a plan?

The pricing page explains feature access, credit costs and billing periods. Check the current checkout details before purchasing. Read the payments section for the existing renewal, cancellation and payment-error policy; these explanations do not replace those terms.

What if a result or description seems wrong?

Verify doubtful advice before using it, correct your own document where necessary and report the issue through Contact. Describe the feature and the problem without sharing unnecessary personal information. Keep a copy of important application documents as described in the availability section.
